   I was fortunate enough to win the Magnetic lenses during your presentation in San Francisco a few months ago. So I blogged about it.

   However, several folks complained about ordering and paying for the lenses that never arrived, no response from the company when people write/call to follow up. So people are feeling duped. Other folks say they also were introduced to the Magnetic Lenses during your presentation.

   So if you haven’t stopped promoting the company, or if you can at least get through to someone until this is resolved, you may want to find another company who can provide this product and who will be more reliable to do business with.

   Just a thought.

   I unfortunately did not read the comments posted before ordering 2 magnetic lenses. Sadly, I was quickly charged and received neither. Do you have any information as to how to get this issue resolved – either receive the lens or get my money back?

   Dear Max,
   I had the pleasure of hearing you speak at the CAR Convention. It was great. I learned about this lens at one of our office meeting with Prudential California Realty. I have had the same complaint also in regards to placing an order for a lens. I received the initial email confirming the order. But nothing since then. I have sent 2 follow up emails and I sent a fax. I am going to call the credit card company next and deny the charges. Too bad.

   was at your atlanta realtor.com mtg this morning. i can’t download any of your pdf links to buidling a facebook neighborhood, the top tech tips, etc. i hope this wasn’t just a ploy to get me to buy realtor.com features/showcases etc. Any help would be appreciated. thanks – i really enjoyed it, took copious notes and would like to follow thru with many of your suggestions, as quickly as possible.

   Max:
   I attended your session on Saturday morning at Family Reunion in New Orleans and received enough information to make the whole registration fee worth every penny. I received LOADS of great data all week, but wanted to say a special thank you! Where can we access the worksheet on “Now May Be the Perfect Time to Buy”. I checked the zip drive and did not see it. Thanks again for being an amazing speaker.

   I attended your Session at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona. It was very informative. Thank you! As far as the smartphone side of it, I Know you talked alot about the IPhone but I just cant seem to part from my Blackberry! I will have to check that IPhone out because I loved the applications!    Thanks for the very informative seminar yesterday in Frisco, TX. I signed up for the Featured Home product today and was wondering if there are any graphics I can download to help promote it on my website, emails, newsletters and business cards. Thanks for your help.

   attended your Oakland, Ca. presentation and heard lots of helpful info.
   I want to purchase the magnetic lens however, after looking at the above comments I hesitate to do so. Can you please let me know if you are talking about the same company or did you find a new vendor? Thanks.

    I can’t thank you enough for the amazing information you put out at the SF workshop! I am however in a standstill until I figure out how to do the google, organic search engine optimization to find what is being googled in my area. Can I get a little help please? I’m pretty tech savvy and am having no luck.

    Max, the .pdf link is not working (firefox browser). I was able to download the link by right clicking “save link as”, but Acrobat will not open b/c it says the file is “not supported or damaged”. I also tried a different .pdf program, but it would not open it as well. Please recheck it. Thanks, Tony

    I attented your Plano seminar this week and had 2 questions. First, where do I find the article about now being the time to buy? Second, what was the web address of the video you mentioned? Free, record at your desk, editing ok as well?

    Hello Max, I atteneded your presentation in Atlanta Ga last week.
    I tried to make a QR code and couldn’t ,make it work. Could you send step by step directions on how to do so. I have log on goo.oo and jingproject.com…
