About
I am a guy with lots of blessings. I travel pretty much every week as a VP & national speaker for Realtor.com, I have a gorgeous wife, 3 beautiful daughters and I own a small brewery in Helena, MT, that keeps me busy on the weekends.

Due to a schedule conflict, I will not be able to attend Max Pigman’s presentations next week.
Is it possible to receive the handouts from the seminar outlined in the email I received today?
I am a Realtor.com Listings Enhancements subscriber for many years, affiliated with Prudential Fox and Roach, Realtors, which, I understand, we have an affinity relationship.
Please advise.
Thank you for your consideration!
Sincerely,
Richard G Seget, CRS

Hi Max:
I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation in October at the BWI Hilton in Baltimore. I received many useful tidbits that I am now just starting to employ.
We were very curious about the “How Did I Sell that Big Bear House?” postcard. Would you be able to e-mail me your presentation…my notes on that section are not complete and I would like to see it to refresh my memory.
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Michael

I attended your Mobile Technology session in San Diego and wanted to inquire if you might be interested in participating in our 2010 Digital Media Spring Training camp in Houston. This will be our second event….you can get a feel for it by visiting last summer’s web site at http://www.har.com/summercamp.

Hi Max–
I attended the Social Networking event in Honolulu on the 15th. It was really helpful in getting a handle on what Social Networking really is. I just filled out the survey and wanted to get the presentation notes and slides, or whatever, but the link doesn’t work.
Can you email the info or an operational link?
Thanks, Peter

Hi Max,
We once again enjoyed your presentation in Fort Myers and picked up some great ideas and tips. Per your recommendation, I purchased the Panasonic DMC-ZS3 camera. What settings do you recommend for still and motion pictures in reference to picture size, aspect ratio and quality? Any other recommendations for settings? Thanks Carl

Max,
I attempted to sign in to your webinar today regarding Advanced Social Networking and could not get in after repeated downloads of the Go To Meeting
software. Are you having it again or can I access it online?

Your WordPress blog keeps getting better and better!
I’ve been following your posts for a while now and I have to say that your older articles don’t offer as much insight as the newer ones. You have a lot more ideas and originality now, your writing is constantly improving.
Keep it up!

Hi Max! Exciting presentation on technology yesterday in Altamonte Springs. I rushed out without my copy of your top tech tips. Any chance that is available for download, or that it could be emailed to me? Thanks so much, and I look forward to getting to another one of your sessions in the future.

Just listened to you at the Inman Real Estate conference in San Francisco. Not sure if you or one of the panel members mentioned that our Facebook Profile page should be used for friends and family only. We should be using a “Page” for our real estate information.
I am using Top Producer everything, including email…and when when I add the Facebook link …it goes to my personal profile.
Question: How do we make my Top Producer Facebook connection below go to my Facebook Page and not my Facebook Profile? If you have any clout with Top Producer I would appreciate the help.
Thanks so much.

I would like to start off by stating, thank you for supplying me with the information I’ve been searching for. I’ve been searching the net for two hours looking for it and would have given my right arm if I would have found your website sooner. Not only did I find what I was searching for, but found answers to questions I never even thought to ask. Thank you for your wonderful web-site!

From your last seminar in Hartford Ct you talked about the digital video cameras Kodak z18 and the Flip HD. I would like to buy one today and with the changing technical specs and improvements, what would you recommend for today. Specifically, my concern is indoor shots of houses with low light conditions, but I would like bells and whistles – price $150-200-300.
thanks…….Ron

Max, we met at Mega Camp in Austin this past Sept.
I have been following all of your wonderful advice and i am so thankful.
Quick question: what is the best category to use when posting a youtube video for a “home for sale___________” as youtube doesn’t appear to have a real estate category on their drop down.
Also, love to get your feedback on http://www.maplewoodnjopenhouses.com which was inspired by my experience attending Mega Camp and listening to you and a few others!

Mark,
It actually seems to matter more what tags and title you use vs what category it’s in. I notice most real estate videos use “People & Blogs”, “How to & Style” or “Travel & Events” I am also testing paid youtube sponsored videos so I will be writing about that soon.
Take care,
Max
