We all know the $8,000 1st time homebuyer credit and the $6,500 non-first time home buyer credits are helping get consumers off the fence, so let’s keep it front and center for those that are still waiting to buy. Now you can with a simple countdown widget that can be installed on your blog/website or even your Facebook page.

Hi Max,
I liked your widget and wanted to post on my office ColdwellBanker page on FB, which I administer, but I can’t seem to fins a way. I can post it on my own FB profile page, but posting on the CB page seems to be a problem. ANY tips?
thanks,
Donna

Max,
I found this widget very easy to add to my website, but not so much on FB. It landed on my wall, but not where it can be easily found should I continue to post. Any suggestions? And can it be posted to a fan page – Jessie Teehee Real Estate and Auction. Thanks, keep the good info flowing.

I had the same issue so I have been looking for another version of this widget.
I’ll let you know if I find one…
