I have been talking about this idea for about 18 months now and been sharing it with agents that attend my sessions. I thought it was time to let all those that want to know how to create this powerful presence on Facebook.
Also here is a link to a video that will walk you through the steps….
How to Create a Neighborhood Page/Group on Facebook
Best of luck to you with Facebook and please feel free to share your success stories, I am now updating my presentation for 2010 and may be able to feature you if you don’t mind me sharing your success with other agents as we travel the country.

Hi Max. I love your page and follow you on facebook. I also attended several sessions with you this year at NAR. I’m very keen and excited to build our corporate social networking as I can see how powerful it could be for marketing purposes.
I would really love a RSS button on this page however, so I can be notified as soon as you post to your blog?
Thanks again Max, Love your work!

Sorry Sandy there is nothing I can do. I would however recommend submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau at https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx?siteID=113
Again I am sorry I am trying to spread the word of this negativity regarding that site.

Sandy,

Hi Max,
I already have a personal page and can’t figure out how to create a group page. Do I have to delete the personal page b/4 I can set up the group page?
Thanks,
Joy

I tried to get information starting a neighborhood by going into Max Pigman as he said to do at his seminar. I cannot get to the page by pushing the highlight or am I stupid?

Max,
After listening to you in Charlotte, I have really been interested in starting a neighborhood page for my subdivision. However none of the links on your site for neighborhood pages are active. Can you rectify that? I love this idea.
